Data Scientists develop algorithms and data processing methods for analyzing data. They often sort real-time and archived intelligence data feeds to aid in decision making. Data Boundaries must be able to work with program managers and engineering/science leads to develop new approaches and new understanding of complex problems and solutions. They typically require a BS degree in physics plus an MS degree in data science, machine learning, software engineering, computer engineering or computer science.
Electrical Engineers need to be able to work in a results-oriented environment solving complex problems. Activities may range from development of a new system to integration of a new or existing payload on an existing system. Senior electrical engineers frequently participate in proposal writing, develop requirements, test plans, and perform testing. BS In electrical engineering or computer engineering plus 5-10 years’ experience required.
Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist serves as day-to-day frontline support, helps to de-escalate issues as needed and properly documents all call center contacts. They may handle inbound or outbound calls often at high volume. They must be patient, friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. High school diploma (or GED equivalent) is required; Associate degree is preferred. 1-3 years of inbound call center customer service experience is required, healthcare is preferred.
Mortgage Closing Representative
Mortgage Closing Representatives are in demand in a hot real estate and refinance market. They are responsible for preparation of loan closing documents and processing. They must be accurate , thorough, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A BS degree is required and at least 2 years’ experience in closing residential mortgage loans required.
Accountants have variety of responsibilities in areas such as month-end close, accounts reconciliation, and bank reconciliations for multiple entities. They are expected to prepare month-end journal entries reconcile balance sheets and perform monthly bank reconciliations as well as assisting on interim and annual audit procedures with external auditors. These positions typically require a BS in accounting or finance and 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
Information Security Manager
Cybersecurity is a growing field, requiring tech savvy managers to lead the cyber defense team. Responsibilities include managing the corporate security team, developing, and maintaining risk strategies. The information security manager will collaborate with teams to maintain information security standards. Manage the development and implementation of security standards and oversees enforcement of information security and privacy policies in compliance with federal and state regulations. The role requires a BS in business computer science, at least 7 years of experience in information security and a minimum of 4 years managing teams.
