Ashley is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with family in her spare time.

Marques joined The Panther Group in 2015. He developed a keen eye for talent which serves both our candidates and clients well!

Fun Fact: He is a big Boston sports fan, and is a season ticket holder for the New England Patriots.

John Sabbagh has over 10 years of recruiting experience. Starting his career as an Entry Level Recruiter at Panther, our candidates find him genuine and great resource to their career search!

Fun Fact: John is a sports fanatic, he plays in horseshoe and cornhole leagues and loves fantasy football.

Ashley comes with 8+ years of managing and growing client relationships as well as an active candidate base to find the best match for both! Ashley strives to go above and beyond and think out of the box when necessary. She enjoys meeting new people and becoming a reliable resource for them in the present and future.

Jake is a recruiting specialist for the Professional Division of The Panther Group. His main focus is finding the best possible match for a candidate and strives to ensure they had a great experience with The Panther Group. 

Carly is a skilled technical recruiter with deep expertise in sourcing and placing top IT and Engineering talent across both commercial and government sectors. She excels at managing full-cycle recruitment while building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

With a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach, Carly is focused on elevating Panther’s IT & Engineering recruiting practice. She is adept at enhancing delivery models, streamlining recruitment processes, and supporting growth across key accounts through tailored, talent-driven solutions.

Michael’s technical recruiting expertise spans the full lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate engagement to seamless onboarding and client delivery. He is highly skilled in leveraging platforms like Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with advanced Boolean search strategies, to build high-impact talent pipelines that align with client goals.
