Panther Leadership is active with several diversity-focused organizations, including the board of The Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC). GNEMSDC is an affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Their goal is to foster relationships between minority-owned businesses with corporations to create partnership opportunities. Panther’s work with these organizations carries over into the way the company engages with client partners and candidates, creating and developing successful, long-term relationships.

At The Panther Group, we don’t just conduct diversity-focused talent searches, our own workforce is 60% minority. If a minority candidate walks into our building for an interview, they don’t feel different or alone.
